Farmers Ranchers and Fishermen – Oh my!

Farmer Rancher page-2

We rely on Hawaii’s rich agricultural treasures to sustain us. Hawaii is the world’s most isolated island chain, unique and beautiful in many different ways. Hawaii’s agriculture and aquaculture are as varied as its landscapes. The growers who we are honored to work with are stewards to the land and conservationists who come from rich and diverse backgrounds. Some have been farming, ranching or fishing for generations and bring with them rich traditions, vast knowledge and wisdom of farming on the island that is immeasurable. Some are new to farming on the island and bring an excitement and enthusiasm that is contagious.

Many people have asked how they can buy directly from the farmers that we work with. We think that connecting you with them is the sign that we have been successful in our mission. However we do not have the space on this page to put everyone’s contact information. If you would like to contact a person directly please call us and we will get you in contact with them. Most of the farmers, ranchers and fisherman that we work with can be found at one of our Island Farmers’ Markets.

Here is a list of the ones in our area. We suggest you stop by enjoy some yummy food and buy some great locally grown products.
